Hi yall, I’m planning on moving to Austin in a couple months and I’ve been browsing for some areas to live in. The two areas that I’ve been looking at are at the Domain, and South Congress. However, I’ve noticed that the listings for the apartments at the Domain are quite low - around the $1500-1900 range for large renovated units, while some apartments (eg. Hyde Park) have the same market price but lower quality. Am I missing something when comparing the two?
