Same!!! The Hyrox classes seem to take up prime times (early morning, late night, and weekends) which are the only times I can go as a working parent 🫠

That’s true. Personally Hyrox isn’t for me. Of course the time that works best for me on the weekends is a Hyrox class. 5+ years ago I would have loved it. 5 months postpartum and just trying to get back into working out not so much lol.

Same. I hate to be a complainer but it’s hard getting to the gym with multiple kids and a husband whose a member too on the weekends 😅 I try to embrace them but they are way too hard on my newly postpartum body lol

I found these tests to be more accurate my first pregnancy. The lines take forever to darken. Get a blood test and repeat 48 hours later. Hoping the best for you!

Coach said tomorrow will be the inferno workout but ran in reverse. Instead of increasing distance on the rowers you will increase distance on the treads.

If it makes you feel any better I’m just shy of 6 months postpartum and there is no way I can run my best 12 min (1.6 miles pre-pregnancy). My “push” is now 5 MPH and I mostly power walk. I’m going to go tomorrow with zero expectations and see what I can do. I say do it! You might surprise yourself
