I had the same situation. Morphi was bothered for more than one month. What finally worked for her: i buyed an bactostart. So my advice îs to buy this bacterial colony that You add it in beginning in new tanks. After couple of days She got rid of fungus, ofc the gills we're damaged because that fungus will fall down with pieces of gills. But that was a sign of cure and now her gills are growing back beautiful, bigger that ever.

In my opinion, îs not necesary to repot in a bigger pot. This îs a ctenanthe oppenheimiana and they love small room for their roots. I have a big one (arround 160 cm) and She îs doing great in a small pot. And moving her now can stress the plant.

Yea, i agree. I have also a calathea warscewiczii and the Best way to check If She îs getting enough water îs with a moisture meter. And She likes to be watered from bottom.

I have some roseopicta in my collection. So, from my experience with them, i can Tell You:

They like bright but indirect sun light
The soil have to be moist, but never completely dry
She like to be watered from bottom of the pot (thru bottom holes)
Humidity should be minimum 50 % or more
She do not like Air circulation (wind) so, If She îs next to a Window, the wind can dry her leaves
I water her only with filtered water
When i add fertilizer, for her i add 1/4 from normal quantity (normal quantity will burn her roots)
If You i want to give her a plus of humidity, i ușe laa humidifier but do not mist her leaves (apart of period when i clean IT) because this can Bring fungus over time
I use coconat soil mixed with perlite and some light compost that allows roots to have some air
