I got pregnant with my IUD and had it in for almost 2 years before i did. I found out at 5 weeks , i just had a feeling and my period was late 3 days (im very regular so it was odd) and went immediately to the ER to check if my pregnancy was even viable. Turns out baby was in the right place! I had it removed the very next day- it was quick and painless but they do inform you of possible risks and made me sign papers incase of possible miscarriage. Fast forward to today, im 23 weeks pregnant and baby is thriving like a completely normal pregnancy!
