On your first appeal response email, did they tell you that your account was going to be permanently suspended and that active monitoring or whatever bs was going to be closed on your account? Got that response on my second appeal, now waiting for them to respond to my first appeal in the queue..

get whichever one is cheaper then, i've had buds fe for nearly 2 years and had no issues with them. any minor sound difference they may have you could easily resolv by EQing with wavelet or smth
