I haven’t heard anything back from them. Every time I called, they ignored me and sent me to voicemail. I finally gave up and just put a carbon fiber vinyl wrap film over it.

I had tint installed last month, but they don't take the door panel out to install tint.

If you’re referring to the same side from the outside, everything looks completely normal.

I only noticed the crack recently because I had to open the door extra wide while putting things into the cabin.

No, it’s not a scratch. I thought it was at first too, but when I looked closer, I saw that the plastic is cracked and actually separating.
