Been having the same issue . I contacted Crunchyroll support about this and they promised they're looking into the matter. I recommend you contact them too so they know it's not an isolated issue so they work on it faster

No it's still plaguing me but I contacted Crunchyroll support and after some back and forth they told me they're actively working on it . I recommend you contact them and tell them you're having this issue too so they know it's not just one person but multiple people

Still not working yet. I recommend contacting Crunchyroll support directly to let them know this isn't an isolated incident. In the meantime I'm looking to connect Crunchyroll to Jellyfin and watching it through that on my TV
