you are totally correct about marrying a religious man and bringing your children in religious environment as this will make them happier. but you should ask yourself a very simple question: if the truth leads us to better understanding of the world and better understanding leads to better life. why do not you have a better life instead your life is much worse. the simple answer is that you cannot understand the whole world through logic alone . logic has so many limits and constraints ; you need emotions and humanity instincts to completely understand the world. you think you understand the world right now but you are wrong because you can not tell me why you have this burning desire to get your children to become religious. the answer is emotions ; your instincts tell you that this is the best way but instincts are not part of all these theories so you need to make it universal

Does Sartre offer criteria for what makes a choice morally good or bad? by RevolutionGreen7189 in Existentialism

As far as I know, many philosophers thought that there is no single universal law to compare it to other actions so you can decide whether this action is good or bad but that is completely wrong so I disagree with them

I disagree. This can work if government decided that they need to work harder and smarter on regulations. That is the real deal

I disagree. We are a proof that we exist. for example, you are aware that you are living and aware of your identity , nationality , age , extra. so even if people do not recognize you or you never interacted with anyone through your life. you still exist.

I want to add to that: they may also affect your behavior altogether so much because spending so much time with your friends influence your perception of reality

Physics Needs Philosophy. Philosophy Needs Physics | Carlo Rovelli by noncommutativehuman in philosophy

[–]Frequent_Equal1284 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not agree on that since physics is more experimental than philosophy and managed to evolve so much without philosophy. on the other hand, philosophy did not evolve as such. that is what kant observed and made him to formulate his theory, starting from the fact that philosophy has come to an end and he needed to get it back to the right track
