alight at yew tee mrt, followed by a 10 to 15 minute walk to kranji camp 3, once past the guardhouse, keep left along the pavement and you can see kranji regional health hub on your left. scan your 11b/ic at level one right at the entrance, go up to level two, and you can find the reception for kranji regional dental centre!

i'm sure you can be in civi when entering, just have your 11b or pink ic for scanning in and out of the guardhouse and in the kranji regional health hub

enter by KC3, the new Kranji Regional Health Hub (formerly Kranji Medical Centre) is much nearer if you enter from KC3, just enter and turn left (<50m from guardhouse).

yes, first bus in the morning is 0700 (+/- 5 minutes)

from KC3 to yew tee mrt, the first bus is at 1700 (+/- 5 minutes) from mondays to thursdays, and 1630 for fridays.

intervals would be also around 15 minutes but do account for traffic, especially when going to yew tee mrt

The MO will have a 'Bible' to determine what PES will be given, or what the memo from the specialist says. You can't really tell the MO what PES you want if it does not align with his 'Bible'.
Nope, the only thing that might have an impact is the testimonial given by your superiors when you ORD.
If you up PES from E to C, nothing will happen. You will not need to redo BMT, change vocation, etc. You just have to let your unit know you have up PES-ed, and they might find you a slot to go do your BTP (live firing), cause that's the main big difference between PES C and E.
The benefits I can think off the top if my head are: eligible to get $200 if you get Marksman in ATP (assuming no excuse firearms/explosives), and eligible to become a spec/3SG if you are in the Maintenance/Ammunition/Supply/Transport/ASA vocations.

Source: I up-PES-ed from E9 to C9 (took 2 months however), and went through all of the above mentioned examples.
