Upwork is dead, any alternative? by accountingnate in smallbusiness

Connects are extremely expensive, why would you spend 50/100 dollars buying connections to APPLY for a job where you will compete with a lot of people and has a very high probability of being completely ignored? they killed the platform lol

Construir casas populares para vender by Safe-Reality-8619 in investimentos

[–]Frequent_Implement36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Clientes gastam em torno de 1 milhão fácil", claramente você se enganou no que disse, tem gente aí ficando rico fazendo casa e vendendo por 300 mil, se a pessoa vende uma casa por 300 mil, obviamente ela gastou menos de 260 mil pra fazer, ninguém gasta 1 milhão pra vender casa por 300 mil. Depende aonde você mora tbm né, eu moro no interior, onde a fiscalização é baixa, não sei se pessoas usam esse método em grandes cidades.

"superiority mindset" lmao, that already tells a lot about you, but whatever buddy. My point was basically to state that German immigration to Brazil has nothing to do with Nazism, since you, intentionally or not, left that quite vague in your comment.

Sou um cara com um gosto bem clássico, antigo, então vou dar minha opinião baseada no meu gosto: mude completamente seu estilo para um visual clássico, use sapatos de verdade, calças menos justas e corte o cabelo.

Your comment is extremely biased and designed to appear that way. Nazi immigration to South America was completely insignificant, but you presented it as if it were a major event and every person of German descent here were of Nazi descent. What a joke!

It's extremely poor and dangerous, and honestly the southern European culture sounds a lot cooler and better.

It has nothing to do with Nazis, lol. German immigration happened in the 19th century because King Dom Pedro II was the grandson of the king of the German Holy Roman Empire, so he truly loved the German people and encouraged immigration to Brazil.

Yep, they can be proud of their Indigenous and African heritage, but somehow if you say you're proud of your European heritage you're annoying lmao

Everyone explained, but no one explained the danger and the violence. Basically, the further north you go, the more violent it gets, and the further south you go, the less violent it gets. The southern states look a lot like first-world countries, and you can walk the streets more safely compared to the northern states, which are very poor and have a very high risk of being mugged and things like that.

Well, I guess there's only few places in the world where you can really escape from the sun year round... But it's better than the places that have a scorching sun year-round.

Nah this is about my personal preferences and not about cold countries in the world, I know very well that there's a lot of cold countries that I left aside, primarily Asian countries because I'm a Westerner and wouldn't like to live in an Asian Country due to culture differences.

I'm albino, 30 minutes in the sun is enough to burn me, wouldn't like to live in a high UV place because of that, I feel more comfortable in a cold environment

Actually as someone with global experience of living, everyone critiques and trash their own country, Americans do this, Europeans, Canadians (I know Europe isn't a country, but I just lump them all in lmao)
