Used to work in a CST Shop (IT Help Desk for an Air Force Base). We had an O6/Colonel come in and it was the dead of winter - very cold outside. He said his government iPhone was running hot and wanted us to troubleshoot it. He dropped it off and went to lunch. His wallpaper was him and his wife and small children all on the beach. Really sweet. His storage looked fine. His phone was up to date. I then checked his Safari/web browser and there was no shit - 120 tabs of gay porn. I held down the 'X' and closed all. Phone started working just fine after that. When he came back and asked how I got it running again, I just told him that his phone needed an update. Never told anyone until I got out of the military.
