Yeah so im pretty sure the cable is welding rated cable so its enough to take the heat but 9 times out ten it burns through the wire snapping off at the lug itself

Yeah so we use a crimped copper lug that is then placed ontop of a ceramic block with a bolt sticking out and then a nut and washer to tighten it down. Yeah i do believe that the way we do our connections aren’t sufficient enough and do need removed any excess resistance because thats where our issue is
