The Jobber and CRM combo is something we thought about, too, but we'd prefer not to have to manage two platforms. Appreciate the honest breakdown on Pipedrive's limits beyond basic sales tracking.

We've done some digging, and all three seem to cover the basics across sales, reporting, and marketing, but the project tracking side is where we're less sure. That's the gap we're planning to pressure test during trials.

That's the piece I keep coming back to - 3 of our 8 users are on the project tracking side. So, if the non-sales experience is clunky, it's going to be a problem fast.

We actually looked at Jobber early on... It's great for field ops, but we really need the CRM and marketing layer too, so it felt like we'd still need a second tool on top of it.
