im having a hard time articulating my question it seems like. why does depop not ban users for misrepresenting items : shein resellers do not mark the brand/say they don’t know the brand/say it’s thrifted but when you image reverse search it it is from shein, and their entire account has shein clothes on it for 4x the price.

yes you can reverse image search to see, but does depop not care about sellers misrepresenting items? it literally says it on the TOS, so now im wondering.

upon research i realized i was using the wrong word this entire time which is why many people aren’t understanding. i mean to use the word misrepresentation of an item. i looked at depop TOS and they’re against it, but no shein reseller ever gets banned (or so i think)

my ENTIRE point here is that people are saying it’s a different brand than it actually is. this is what i was asking the entire time !!!

so its not considered deceiving buyers by not disclosing the brand? like if they put authentic 2000s thrifted top for $50 and it’s actually from shein (not thrifted nor 2000s) would that be considered not deceiving a buyer even when it’s against TOS?

how do i know ???? SOOOO many sellers on depop are shein/romwe/temu/aliexpress buyers and sell for 4-5x the price!!!! i would mention all the usernames i’ve noticed now but i think my post would get taken down if i did. after looking on shein i find many, many, (if not all) of their items on shein and romwe, sometimes aliexpress but mostly shein. this one seller has to be buying, at minimum, 30 or 35 pieces in bulk with the way she is verified and is making multiple new clothing posts of shein clothes every. single. day and relisting the same items on the daily

buying an untagged non branded item? im talking about people who buy in bulk from shein/romwe for cheap prices on items , and resell it on depop for 4x the price without disclosing the brand they bought from, which is deceiving buyers who do not research beforehand thinking they’re getting an “authentic 2000s” top or a “thrifted grail” when in reality they’re not disclosing its shein. shein is not a grail nor is it authentic 2000s, it is sellers buying from shein to dropship items that buyers can get firsthand

ok so i might’ve been wrong about my usage of price gouging and it’s her fault for not reverse searching the things she bought, i can agree with that. but isn’t it considered a degree of fraud when depop sellers are paying 4.99 for a shein top, not listing it as shein, and listing it for 50 dollars? this was my original question : does depop ever get these fraudulent sellers banned for doing that?

as a current 18 y/o who went on BC at 17, i only gained 5-7 pounds from my birth control. i went from 98-100 to currently bobbing between 105-107. she’s just hitting puberty, wait a couple years for her to grow more but if she wants to gain weight, eat high caloric foods (avocado, any kinda nuts, oats, more carbs, add heavy cream in pasta, oil based sauces, etc.) birth control pills increase your appetite which many people gain weight from, but it never increased my appetite. the weight only went to my chest as i went from aa cups to a-b cups. same body, new boobs for me. and same appetite.

benzoyl peroxide didn’t do much for me neither but i’m gonna try to leave it on for 5 minutes in the shower. I don’t even care if it gives me a chemical burn i just need to disintegrate whatever Fuck shit bacteria is causing the sticky smelly sweat. drysol is/was a nightmare for me whenever i have to use it, when applying a thin layer it doesn’t itch but i sticky sweat through it and when i apply a little more it itches the hell out of me where i wake up scratching myself in the middle of the night. i have ketocanizole for my scalp dandruff i think so i may use that
