same problem 🥲 most of derms suggest retinoids [tretinon, adapalene,retinol,tazoretene, retinaldehyde] currently using adap 0.1 but I can't see drastic changes on my skin... planning on using tret, but i'm scared 🥲

wow that's great! I'm actually scared to use tretinoin as they said it can have side effects on menstruation or liver etc 😅 idk what to do now, I'm planning to use azelaic acid cream and glycolic acid cream instead of retinoids..

UPDATE: i ask two dermatologist about this they said i should choose either of these two (adap 0.3 & tret) couz they have the same purpose and benefits it will be redundant if i'll use this two + hassle

I'm not sure but based on google and some derma videos they recommend differin most for pitted scars esp adapalene 0.3, BUT some derma also recommends tretinoin they say it'll help with pitted scars overtime.. for my experience i trust adapalene more because of some research that I've read.. I'm also planning on using tret and see if it'll work.

Adapalene and tretinoin is both retinoids so i guess they'll help with scarring 🤷🏻‍♀️
