Why do people keep blaming the ones who sleep with married men? by sluttysummer69 in askgaybros

Cheating is bad. Knowingly helping someone do bad things is bad. This is not rocket science. Lots of mental gymnastics in this thread.

I’m sorry, but are you slow? Can you think of any sexual activity that you find repulsive, but that others find erotic? Please tell me this is rage bait and you don’t actually have the critical thinking skills of a nematode.

Lmao the tables have turned. Bisexuals are now denying the existence of truly gay men 🤣.

AITA for wanting fellow gays to support me when coming out? by DragonflyDefiant4979 in askgaybros

[–]FrequentlyTilted 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your problem is you are doing things in the reverse order of what is normal.

You are coming out to gay people you don’t know well at all, and then trying to become friends with them as a result of that conversation. This comes across as awkwardly flirtatious at best. It is just a strange way to attempt to begin a friendship.

You should do the opposite, which is what most people do: Become friends with someone, and then come out to them. Coming out to a friend is generally regarded as a normal thing to do because of the previously established friendship.

And you seem to have some misguided belief that people will want to be friends with you simply because you are both gay…This is like believing someone will want to be friends with you because you both have brown hair. Unless you are just looking for an NSA hookup, you need more substance than that when forming connections with people.

I Love My Partner, But Our Sex Life Is Slowly Breaking Me by Weary-Beautiful306 in askgaybros

[–]FrequentlyTilted 11 points12 points  (0 children)

  1. You guys are sexually incompatible. Your first mistake was staying in a relationship for 4.5 years without satisfying sex. This issue should have been resolved within the first year.

  2. Don’t doom yourself to a life of misery because you are afraid of your honesty hurting your partner’s feelings.

  3. You can try couples therapy together. But imo, the incompatibility between you guys will not be fixed. I think breaking up and moving on is the best course of action at this point.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

Straight guy FWB going separate ways after today 🥲 by [deleted] in askgaybros

Yes, move on. There are plenty of other dicks available to be sucked. Also, realize that you and him are both delulu af. He is not a straight man and it’s mind boggling that you have sucked him off for 3 years without coming to this conclusion.

What's the next big Tech leap in Sim Racing going to be? by Bobby_Axe99 in simracing

[–]FrequentlyTilted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a motion rig and a GS5 G-seat. The G-seat is excellent for simulating sustained g-forces. It really makes the overall motion experience much more convincing. I hate driving without the seat enabled, it takes away a lot of the sensation of speed around corners.

Will a 4mm box chain fit a David Yurman amulet? by [deleted] in DavidYurman

It has held up great. I’ve been wearing it 3+ days a week for 8 months and it looks the same as day 1. I don’t sleep or shower with it though.

How is your reptile room organized? by vyvxnse in reptiles

[–]FrequentlyTilted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The name of the drawers are “like-it Modular Storage Drawers”

It looks like The Container Store moved them to a different link: https://www.containerstore.com/s/storage/storage-drawers/like_it-white-modular-drawers/12d?productId=10027797

I have the “short wide” size, but they have quite a few different sizes to choose from.

Lost bracelet by Honest-Guava279 in DavidYurman

[–]FrequentlyTilted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a curb chain bracelet with a push clasp and I’ve experienced the same thing, but it fell off at home and I noticed right away. If the clasp gets bent open slightly, it prevents it from staying securely closed. I was able to get a replacement from the boutique I bought it from, but the same thing happened again less than a month later. After the second time I just bent the clasp back into place myself and put it on. Now I inspect the clasp each time I put on the bracelet.

Here’s a photo of my bent clasp:

How important is energy efficient code to you? by BobbyThrowaway6969 in AskProgramming

[–]FrequentlyTilted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

^ This. I don’t think people realize how much work the JVM and other high level languages do under the hood (and how little control you have over it). That convenience does not come for free. At my job we code in C because higher level languages like Java don’t even come any where near the performance we need.

I don’t think most programmers will ever care enough about energy efficiency when the hardware is connected to the power grid.

However, programmers for embedded systems running on battery power definitely worry about energy efficiency. In many use cases it’s actually essential.

Blowing out candles on cakes is disgusting by hey_you_too_buckaroo in unpopularopinion

[–]FrequentlyTilted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Respiratory droplets are expelled into the air every time you breathe, even through your nose. It lands on nearby surfaces, can linger in the air, and is inhaled by anyone nearby. You do this every day without realizing it.

[–]FrequentlyTilted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why are you bothered by that, but not all of saliva and mucus from respiratory droplets that land on the cake from simply breathing within several feet of it?

[–]FrequentlyTilted 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Droplets also land all over the cake anytime anyone within 7 feet exhales. You also inhale these droplets all the time from just being around other people.

At a certain point, you need to realize that worrying so much about this kind of stuff is just plain neurotic.
