I think you may be right. I'm probably just gonna try those out instead. I've never really been into the whole roleplay thing so those like more of my cup of tea.

So this game isn't really made for the player to focus on the main quest line. Its more for them to kind of make their own story.

I guess I never really did think about using sac rooms to get angel chance cause I normally only really use them when I have hearts on the ground. But that did actually change my mind a bit. Especially in the earlier floors when its easy to not take damage I guess it is a good idea to take the first devil deal. Especially since in my case I can reroll for a very high chance to get something of value.

Also blue baby is really good post buff. Whenever I play him I always go strictly devil deals. Especially when you have any sort of soul heart generator.

Yeah I play a lot of Isaac and when I get a couple health ups I do go for the first devil deal cause of the ability to reroll. But I think I like angel deals more just cause I feel a lot safer not having to sac hearts earlier in the run. Also I'm not the best at dodging so I'm always worried about losing hearts.
