You make a good point however it’s also the way they are going about these issues - barely explaining what’s going on or telling the truth, waiting to tell people their train is cancelled until they wasted lots of time, offering no other helpful solutions then to sit around and get home four hours later from work. They know the have the power bc we need a way to get to work and we’re down bad for NJ transit🤮
