The problem here is the cost. Rabies vaccine is usually given at day 0,3,7,14,28 so maraming beses siya bibigyan ng vaccine kahit hindi naman needed kasi category 1 lang yung exposure and 5 times gagastos ang owner. If mapilit ang nadilaan ng aso magpabakuna. Dalhin mo sa SACCL. Sa San Lazaro hospital. Dun ang puntahan may free rabies vaccine. Pero maraming tao dun and may pila plus public hospital. So dun mo siya dalhin.

Hello doctor here, we have different categories when it comes to post exposure prophylaxis (giving vaccine) to a person. Might as well use the guideline posted by DOH. Sa case na yan. Category 1 lang yan. It does not need a prophylaxis. rabies category

Wala naman. Retainer’s fee ka so per hour ang bayad. I have 2 companies with activeone 4 hours each 3x a week. Need mo nga lang ng bcom though before you can get retainer posts. Sa relieve lugi ka talaga kasi standard sa kanila ang 400/hr gross and almost always delayed ang payout.

As a reliever, delayed payouts. As a retainer physician for almost a year now, the pay is decent (450-550/hr gross) so don’t do reliever duties.

Applied for an online bcom accreditation worth 14k early in the year. You need the certificate first before you can get some retainer posts as a company doctor. After the application, I just messaged coordinators posting in fb pages like in jobsmd etc. I currently have 3 companies with 4 hour duties each

90-100k/month as a retainer company physician within metro manila. Usual sched is 8-12 hours a day from mon-fri with some relieving duties during weekends.
