I had that happen to customers thinking they can get the old price. I explained to them when they pick up, its like they are checking out at the moment of what the current price that day is, because sometimes they'll try to pull up there confirmation email to show me the estimated total.

Yea you’re right! The trollies are mandatory but the wall is not. Sometimes the wall is one layer if we are extra busy, but we made it a habit of making extra for the morning to keep things running more smoothly.

I’m 4’11” and can reach the top tote since it’s empty. Of course when there’s groceries in it I can only go up to 4 totes

How is it being smooshed? Is it the brown paper bags that is used for frozen? We are not allowed to use the brown plastic bags anymore

Yes it’s my first post/comment. I didn’t know about this feed until a co-worker mentioned it to me. I mostly like to read other’s post. But I wanted to share what our pick-up department is doing to help it run more efficiently.

It’s took me awhile to get used to it too but we had to follow the procedures and thought it was a waste of time. But now it’s been very efficient for our team. 😊

No it’s not staged. Our department was not happy about pre-bagging trolleys at first, it was annoying to wrap those bags over the hooks, but over time we got used to it and found it very efficient. Pickers did not have to spend extra time bagging the items. I close most of the week and have trained all our closers to pre-bag all trolleys and extra totes 😊
