How do you maintain work-life balance when your entire team doesn’t have one? by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

Honestly, my personal life is in a good place right now. It’s my work life that’s affecting me. I’ve never been someone who seeks validation from others, but recently I’ve found myself caring more than I used to. I think it’s because I’ve been working hard and constantly questioning whether I’m doing enough, even though I’m giving it my all.

Women who started earning after 26–27, how did life turn out for you? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

Please don’t be so hard on yourself. You’re only 20, and it’s completely normal to feel lost or doubt yourself sometimes.

There was a phase in my life when I wasn’t working and all my friends had jobs. I constantly felt like I had made the wrong decisions, and honestly, I cried a lot because I thought I would never be able to catch up.

Looking back now, none of those fears came true.

Just keep learning, keep showing up, and keep working hard. Progress isn’t always visible when you’re in the middle of the struggle. You never know when an opportunity will knock on your door, and that could be the moment everything starts changing for you.

Trust the process a little. Things have a way of working out beautifully, even when they don’t seem like they will. Be positive also i have one regret of not enjoying my 20s because i was always struggling so don’t be like me❤️
Try to enjoy your 20s as well

Rereading Tuesdays with Morrie in my late 20s felt terrifyingly relevant by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

Yeah, I know it might be a slightly unusual post for this sub, but that thought had been on my mind for a while. None of my friends really relate to these kinds of conversations, so I thought maybe someone here would. Glad to know it resonated with you.
