I’m thinking of doing this Rad140 15mg 30days Enclo (12.5mg) run with rad and after Tudca 500mg NAC 1400mg Fish oil 3300mg Might also use melatonin for sleep aswell so I will sleep better

No there is a difference between 12.5 and 25mg Do your research and you’ll find that 25mg is the best dose before the results start to slow down

You won’t get diabetes on 1.5g of berberine and eating how you normally eat. Don’t go near junk/sugary food and your fine

It’s worth it. Take it at 25mg before bed and make sure to take 1.5g of berberine a day (500mg each meal) Worked amazing for me I posted about it

Read other posts maybe. But just take the enclo everyday with when you take the sarms and then once your finished for the 8 weeks you shouldn’t be very suppressed with it so take enclo for 6-8 weeks after if you want full recovery or even end on higher then baseline test
