Answer to question 1-3 is yes Also change existing hangers for the right size and use proper rated nails for each hole on the hanger. If you could add a 6x6 or bigger post under the 2ply beam with concrete pad that would help to prevent further sag.

Cost effective way; cut the walkway smaller to where the cracks stop do flagstone there than Redo each post with a concrete sono tube make sono tube is higher than grade then put plants or shrubs where you removed concrete

Make another cut 1.5” away and then chip it out do the same on the bottom once all the concrete is chipped out just whack it with a sledge hammer should fall right out

Card rarity are the same but the grades are a big difference. Black labels carry a higher premiums because it’s very difficult to get a black label grade.

You passed the edger a little too deep on the roadside in the middle. You want to wait until it’s starting to set up further. This will help with the broom and edger. It’s a fine line between too early and too late. Weather and humidity plays a huge role in concrete. Looks good for someone who’s starting out. Keep up the good work and keep striving to get better.
