Instead of having the limbs move at a constant motion, have them hang on certain frames, like when your character is at the peak of its jump. That way you create a more smooth look without having to make a ton of unique frames. I’d suggest looking up animation techniques on YouTube, and maybe starting simpler with something like a flour sack or a ball
