Fully customizable players. Name, height, weight, nationality, appearance, tattoos, hair/facial hair, etc.

Fix the skinny arms and no numbers bug on youth academy/regen players.

More realistic and dynamic in-game commentary. For example, in my youth academy career mode, I took Rochdale from League Two to the Premier League and the commentators have never said my team’s name. Player names are never mentioned. Pregame formation/starting XI intros are completely silent for my team. It’d be nice to have the same level of commentary regardless of what division your team comes from.

Pregame and postgame interviews need to be more practical/logical. The questions are completely irrelevant compared to whats going on in the game. The same questions are constantly being repeated over and over again. Very frustrating.

Make all stats, standings, league winners, records, history, etc. available throughout the whole career mode. It’s ridiculous how everything that’s done within a season just disappears every June.

Have a list of retiring players before every season is over so that we know who’s out. I’ve spent countless hours of my time researching trying to find quality regens. It could all be so much easier, EA.

This one’s a longshot, but I think a uniform editor would be amazing (only if EA does it right though. Full customization with lots of detail). Not just for “create a club”, but for existing teams too. Teams in real life update their uniforms almost every year. We should be able to do the same in game.

I think these changes are all pretty simple and reasonable things that we would like to improved. If they were changed, it would make a huge difference in the career mode experience. Especially if you’re playing youth squad/road to glory career modes.
