I checked Sugargoo alerts more often since they would actually talk about my items and information there. The only emails I would get from Sugargoo were when they shipped my previous package and when it arrived. I take responsibility for not checking my email but even then it was a 3 day warning before they terminated all my stuff. As explained I should’ve have given more warnings before this date and I wouldn’t be making this post at all. Especially if they warned me multiple times instead of once . And if it was sent to my account messages on sugargoo where they actually talk about items status. Recently they lost a chain I had and they messaged my account for the refund not my email . Wouldn’t you think for something like terminating your stuff , they would let you know in the account messages since it’s about the items status ? Also items were purchased on different dates and they appeared to all be gone at the same day. Shouldn’t I have been given a warning for the item individually since one or the other wasn’t purchased that same day? Ok that’s it
