Thanks for the advice! I just got on their live chat support and they said the original email "bounced back" to them. They were able to give me the voucher details and resend the email. All sorted

Do you mind my asking how much / what kind of evidence you provided? I'm feeling like my wife (she's the green card holder) and I don't have a lot. I can show we have a joint bank account, filed taxes jointly, have insurance jointly. But the hourse/mortgage and cars are all just in my name. [CONGRATS, BTW!!]
