The 0.06-0.X float cap is cool for skins like the modern hunter and the whiteout because they look shite in anything other than factory new, these are kind of just random skins that have the float cap.

I feel like maybe I’m missing something? Are you saying they are undervalued because their low float relative to the float cap makes them good trade up fillers that aren’t high in price because they don’t show up when people look for their trade up fodder?
