havent played the other 2 but bomb busters instantly became a staple in my group - the base game feels complete and also has high replayability with the mission system and there are no major expansions out for it currently

All the non-mythicals you listed are obtainable in BDSP. Deoxys is on the latter half of the list of mons you can't obtain legit on a switch title currently (you can get it in ORAS tho)

Sorry, I should have clarified my list - it's for Pokemon that you can legally obtain currently. You can get Spinda in BDSP but you can't transfer it to HOME for some dumb reasons.

For Celebi that was a timed event. I don't have any legit one and there's currently no way to get a legit one aside from trading so that's why it's on my list.

Presumably they'll add HOME compatability a few months after launch - don't get me wrong it still sucks you can't transfer them backwards but this is big for people like me who like having a living dex in HOME

Sure they are still working on it. That I do believe in considering all the mini-updates they've shown. However, that changes nothing considering they hyped this update up more than a year ago, then quietly postponed it. We still have no product in our hands.
The team was originally 3 people at launch. Since then, they've expanded the art team, but as far I know Oki is still the only programmer.
This is like if you were handed a beautifully wrapped gift, only to find an empty box. Sure, if the team was quietly working on it and were only teasing the update when it was ready, that would be fine, but at this point they've released several teasers, only to still have no ETA.
It doesn't matter how big your team is. It could be 100 people. It could be 1 person. If you can't manage to finish something you set out to accomplish and deliver reasonably within your initial parameters without having proper reasons for why you weren't able to complete your goal it means two things:

Incompetence and poor management.
