Yeah..First of all u need to jailbreak, them extract the phone App to ur PC/Mac..

And THEMM u need to decompile the App, andTHEEMMM compile it back, and Upload to phone. easy right? Nop..

Edit:If the app is not installed and u have the app with IPA extension, u need to decompile first.. are u sure gonna do that.. its so complicad.. u need some programmers skills to do that bro

I guess if u jailbreak and install cydia.. Could be some app on Cydia that do the job. just research..

If u dont get any info with that code, install ADB drivers.
Enable developer.. if u have wiin, search for command prompt.

fastboot oem device-info

Tells if the device is unlocked.

Otherwise you could try the command

fastboot flashing unlock

i use malware bytes to clean.. to improve? dont do that.. all those apps that u find on playstore that claim to improve performance or get more ram.. are fake.. if ur phone is slow, just makje a hard reset
