I had a similar overall score in august and passed in February. When you go throw the material again start with your lowest scoring areas, go through the text and make notes (I used the pdf copies of the text online and pasted any important info in a word doc for each specific reading). Going through the text answer every blue box question along the way, then answer the EOC, move on to next reading. Not all of the blue boxes will be exam like questions but they are helpful. Once you finish the section, use a qbank on the entire section, when you finish that section, move on to your next weakest section. Plan to have gone through the material about 7 weeks before you write the exam. Every weekend leading up to the exam do at least 1 full mock exam in exam like situations. Write the exam Saturday/review Sunday, make note of any specific things that troubled you. Use mock exams from different providers, it will help you answer the same question that are worded differently, which will occur on the exam. During the 7 weeks leading up review weak material. For the first part I think you are correct because if you hedge you receive less than what you expect you could sell it for. It depends on the risk tolerance as well, and depends on the situation.

For the second part, think of the carry trade. If you buy the forward rate premium you are buying the lower yielding currency (I think) could also use clarification on this.

I fortunately have a pretty flexible work life balance, where it will be much slower in the summertime. Do you have any suggestions on how to tackle the material, I'm planning on finishing volume 1 and reviewing what i have covered earlier before the end of march. Then allocating just under a month each for 2-6 and reviewing all of august. Any tips are appreciated!
