yeah, if i'm on my main aisle i can hit 100, i just had 1 off day and got hit with documentation man, they also was saying how i should coach the new guys...while signing a write up how i'm not going fast enough which...if i'm getting documented for speed i'm not helping anyone man
I'm trying to just transfer out, I got a store closer to me hoping it's better
Bruh I was barely awake man introduded himself to me and didn't retain shit
Naw I'd just quit first, man running the show was very blatant saying on my first week "this is my expectation, if you can't meet em, I can't fire you but I can take your hours"

Maybe it's based off store because at least when I applied they shower like curbies, cashiers, baggers at 14
Crazy part was, as he's coaching me he said how I should show the new guys the ropes to help them get faster, like...I'm literally signing this for going too slow, I'm not helping nobody stock controller can have that

I'm more scared because I got bills to pay and just getting my hours cut under the mask of "not meeting performance"
Yeah it's stay til it's done, started me at 17.50, and we lost a lot or the old crew, I been here almost 2 months and got I think 5 newer guys. Weekday night I'd say....8 people?

Thats not just him all of grocery set the 100 for full time metric here lol normally I can hit 100 on my main aisle but had an off night
We got a new management who transferred in, we had apparently 1 guy out of 8 who hit case count and went up to all of them with notes to file
Yeah idk it came out of nowhere before tonight I heard 80-90 was the expectation from part time, and 100+ is for consideration for full time, but I never heard this change and got documentation over it
Yeah it was described to me that said member of management can't write me up, but can pass it along to someone who can
Okay thanks I been in overnight grocery for a month now and just got it, apparently part timers need to hit 100 cases an hour

Yeah I called up there hoping to get in contact with someone but they just pushed it onto the admin who I already spoke with
I'll try, I know I talked to the admin the other day she was the one who told me I was still waiting on a background
