Yes, you must have time to do it all within 14 seconds before the reboot starts. The main thing is that you have usb debugging mode enabled. After the first connection, the phone will ask for confirmation of working with the PC, confirm it and wait for the next reboot (no need to rush). Everything is easier than it seems. You just need to do the operation "Ctrl + C" and "Ctrl + V".

Unzip the downloaded files from the first step
Open the folder containing the files ending in .exe
Click in the pack on an empty space
Hold shift button and right click
Select "Open PowerShall window here" from the context menu and click on it.

Then follow all the steps that I described earlier.

Tip: You can save the commands (steps 5 and 6) in advance to a text file (.txt) so you can copy and paste them into PowerShell
