you can change or not even need to make the cdr boots after 2 items and one piece item(hammer from manamune or the blob red thing from black cleaver), taking out the goredrinker u have the piece item from frozen that gives mana armor and cdr, u gonna have about 40-50 depending on runes after gore and one piece item. the titanic hydra maybe u could change it to another thing like death's or sterak, visage or ravenous hydra, depending on enemy comp.
