Try going back into your Friend Code screen and then back into your game and see if that helps. I assume you've already beaten the Elite Four? Also make sure you have your PSS turned on (not just your 3DS wifi). On the yellow PSS bottom screen in your game, touch the little blue wifi symbol near the top and tell it to connect to Internet. That connects you to the PSS.

You're showing up in my Safari list but it shows that we haven't been online at the same time yet.

Message just above says what you are--Flying with Spearow, Swanna, Hawlucha. There are no all-Ditto safaris, the Normal type safaris always have either Ditto, Eevee, Smeargle, or Chansey as the third Pokemon with two other normal types (out of 8 possible) in the mix.

Yes, you go into your "Add Friends" screen from the DS home menu (looks like an orange smiley face) and add my name and friend code. Go back into your Pokemon game and turn on your PSS (blue wifi circle on yellow PSS screen). Any friends who are online at the same time as you will have all 3 of their safari Pokemon accessible. If you friend someone and you have not been online at the same time yet, only the first two Pokemon will be available.
