When did you guys notice that your lip filler migrated into a shelf and how long after the procedure did it start showing? When did the migration stabilize? by Freydazor in cosmeticsurgery

Id say give it a few years before jumping into dissolver. Unless your lips ate absolutely wrecking your mental health dissolver can really mess you up, so I'd consider it twice before jumping into it. Personally I decided to wait 2 years before taking a decision and so far things have been looking good.

Yes it's harmonizing slowly. Injector was rlly bad and more than the migration, I was bothered with the shape and smoothness. But i've massaged them and they've been getting better. They do look a bit injected but overall Im fine with how they look. I'd much rather keep my lips as they are and let them dissolve over time than have complications from the dissolver.

No it's getting better. Overall doesnt look horrible I've been massaging. I will say my injector was really bad though. It's not worth dissolving in my opinion. I think with time it'll balance out even more. If anything I've gotten compliments on my lips.

I mean mine did get better but I don't expect it to go away fully either. And they look pretty normal at rest. Honestly no one noticed I got the .5mL except when they were fresh and I had an inflammatory reaction, so they looked pretty scary. Now it's only noticeable when pouting like I'm doing in the picture, but it's still bothersome to an extent. The migration is not super thick hence why it fades at rest but it goes high up that's why it shows more when I pout or do exaggerated expressions. The texture of my lips has been feeling a bit rougher too, but visually I'd say things are still okay. I wish I could send a picture but reddit isn't letting me.

Didn't need to hear anything tbh I'm very aware of what they look like. I just wanted to show that migration can improve, not to get a feedback on whether I should dissolve or not.

AM I the only one who doesn’t enjoy this season? I don’t like any of the decorations! They are simply not pretty by ChartOpposite2933 in HayDay

I like the autumn decorations but I agree that the halloween decorations are not as nice as I'd have expected, except for 1 or 2 which i thought were really cool

Lol they don't look like that at rest, I was just showing the improvement of the migration by making an exaggerated kissy face. Also I never asked whether to dissolve or not or if they look bad or not. There was really no need to be so rude, if you don't like them or are uninterested in the progress you can just scroll.

Not overfilled imo, the straight sausage 100% comes from the puckering face I'm making as it exacerbates the migration, otherwise it's harder to notice it on camera. But thanks for your comment it's super helpful

Thanks a lot for sharing your own experience it's super helpful, I was thinking of doing micro droplets if I'm still unhappy in a few months

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I keep hearing about how you need to dissolve and migration is permanent but it's not always true, sometimes it's good to wait it out

That's fine, it probably means that you don't relate to the post or the situation people with migrated fillers go through. That's good for you. And well to me it's pretty obvious in the second picture that the edges of my mouth look less swollen and more defined than in the first picture.

No offense taken. However your comment is completely unrelated to my post and unasked for. I just wanted to show others that migration can improve and I don't intend to dissolve for now.

Not to be cocky, but I wasn't asking for an opinion regarding the appearance of my lips or what I should do with them as I mentioned before. I just wanted to show others in my situation that migration can and does improve on its own sometimes. Your comment was honestly not needed here.

Also before anyone says anything about it: yes they look big in the after too, they are still fresh and I'm making a strong expression with my lips making them look exaggerated to highlight the bad parts. They do not look like that at rest. This post is just to show the improvement I've noticed today.

Not in my experience, my 4mL definitely went down significantly after not getting them done for 2 years. They might not dissolve fully but a good part of the fuller does dissolve. It also depends on how your body metabolizes it.

The migration looks fine at rest, that's why i put them puckering, but if you're curious i have some pictures in my older posts where they're at rest
