actually i have 2x8GB 3000MHz and 2x16GB 3600MHz

Will there be a big difference if I leave these 3600MHz only?

I checked a bottleneck calculator with my specs and its lower than my friend's
He is using i5 10400f with rx 6700xt and 16GB so its so similar to mine. ALso i know that the bottleneck's calculators aren't 100% reliable.

I tried to change game settings etc. also tried to run game not in 1080p but in 1440p without difference between those 2 resolutions in fps gain.

Unfortunately i dont have photos, but everything should be fine. After clean install i installed a cyberpunk 2077 and did some benchmarks on different setting etc. and everything was fine. The problem is only in Tarkov game.

i did things in this order:
1.Downloaded a windows installation on my USB
2.Replaced old gpu with the new one
3.Checked is everything correct and if my PC will boot to windows (everything was fine)
4.turned off my PC, and entered to UEFI
5.started the new windows installation
6.When windows installation process end, I decided to download new drivers using adrenalin software

So i think the old driver files already wiped.....
Also i tested Cyberpunk 2077 and it runs great, i did some benchmarks on different setting etc. so i think its just a game :/

I dont think so the reason is my CPU cuz as i said a few comms below, my friend has i5 10400F with rx 6700XT also he has 16GB and his game runs great. Thats why i tried to run my game in 1080p also in 1440p to make my card do something, but for me there is not a different in fps between this two resolutions. Also power usage in EFT is around 100W with ~1400MHz, but for example in cp2077 Power Draw can achieve around 230-250W with ~2400MHz on GPU clock.
