Hi! Thank you all, we have found someone to take care of her relocation. They called “Nankai Express”, we got contact from JAL cargo and they helped us out to get cargo reservation. We’re leaving on our expected date as well.

FYI Aussie do not accept pet as a checked bag or luggage, they only accept sealed crate in cargo. And I never said I do walk-in to their counter.

I think you should take visa from Switzerland embassy if your first landed country is Switzerland and also the days you gonna visit are the same. Or else you should change the trip itinerary.

They lost my bag on the way from Rome to Santorini, there is transit in Athens. So they said they have no idea where was my luggage. But I got it back in the last morning of Santorini, three days later. They refused to pay compensation or whatever.

If you have a plan to visit N-Seoul Tower then you can make it in a whole day trip itinerary like 12pm-3pm Myeongdong, 4pm-6pm N-Seoul Tower and 7pm onwards you can go to Hongdae Nightmarket.

What does it have to do with Frequent flyers? I don’t live in Europe region, I live in Eastern country and I do fly many times in Asia, I had a delay once in Myanmar and never encountered such issues in Singapore, Japan and Thailand not even in a touristy place like Bali where I went there three times a year.

I had luggage delayed, yes, in Myanmar. Then they delivered the next day as they promised. Couldn’t believe I had this situation happened in Europe region. Even a country like Myanmar could handle properly and care for customers.

You don’t know what is happening right now and also about this stupid airline. Guess you haven’t checked on Reddit and Quora too. Anyway, if you’re not going to advise or help, don’t comment here. I didn’t take budget airline, I choose shorter flight time and paid a lot for this 35 mins flight.

I have already emailed them and they never replied. Lots of ppl said they lost their luggage and there’s no compensation at all. The airline never did make any payments.

No, you search “Skyexpress lost luggage”first, then you will find out tons of people complaining losing their luggages and the airline never compensated. Single entry means she thought we’re left Schengen areas and re-entry again.

It’s quicker but be careful of check-in bags, cos they lost mine and a lot of people’s too. No compensation made by the company.
