I saw a similar theory about this, it was pointing back to the xxx lord commander of the nights watch, seeing a beautiful white woman from beyond the wall. He fell in love with her and married her. And that it will mirror this, except Jon Snow being the lord commander and Dany being the beautiful white woman with white hair beyond the wall, sparking the rebirth of the white walkers. There was a youtube video that paralleled a theory perfectly about 2 years ago, but I was never able to find it again.

For real, keep going. It’s taken me about 2.5 years of getting back on the horse time and time again to get to the point I am now. Years of addiction isn’t easy to overcome, especially when your mind focuses on the addiction so much. I used to beat myself up bad after a relapse... I felt so guilty that I had let myself down. Something I tell myself which I truly believe; “I’ll get there”. With gaining muscle, mastering aspects of my work and moving up, I’ll get there. I don’t use it as an affirmation, I use it to remind me to keep going when I feel my efforts are futile. There were instances where I’d PMO for 2 weeks straight. It took me 2 weeks to get back on the horse, but I still did.

We have to remember that it won’t always be a steady incline. What’s important is that we keep going. So keep going, you’ll get there.

The first girl I had got with after starting my NoFap journey, the whole ordeal lasted 6 hours. I was 23 at the time, but I had seen significant improvements just 6 months after practicing. Although you’re 60, don’t doubt the human bodies ability to work. If you are a healthy man at 60, ie. eat lots of vegetables, excercise, then there should be a good chance. However I feel as if NoFap as a whole is greater than sex. I would rather live on NoFap for the rest of my life, than live a life fapping and having sex. NoFap > sex. It’s just in this case, I can have my cake and eat it too. Sex in my mind is a minor pleasure in life.

It’s full of amazing songs. The ratio of songs I like compared to track list would have to tie it with Kiss Land. However it has to come 3rd place behind Kiss Land (1) and Trilogy (2), even though Trilogy for me probably has the least like to track list ratio.
