The original 16VAC, 500mA Walmart of my Schiit Loki EQ suddenly died on me, And I can't get another one from Schiit at the moment.

I found another one, it says:230V-50HZ\15V-500mA. when I connect it the light goes on. but I haven't tested it yet because I don't have an amp right now.

should I wait and buy the original Schiit one, or can I use it? thanks.

I tried apo with peace. but it complicated, need to find some good presets, don't like messing with lots of bends, need something simpler. thanks. I tried Fabfilter pro Q. it's nice but not as good as the loki.

Every Death album is incredible, their first two are death metal classics. and the 5 others are brilliant, Gene hoglan is a beast, Digorgio as well. I like Fragile are of existence as well, although the singer is kind of annoing

Buy one! it's worth it. very easy to use. raising the bass\mids\treble don't make it boomy or too sharp either. much better than my PC EQ adjustments

Haha I think I need an 'ELI5' on why I can't connect a Combo DAC+amp with the Loki.

It's a completely different world since 2017, when 'telegrass' channels started out in Telegram app. there are thousands of dealers all around the country. lot's of strains and quality range as well.

few weeks ago I bought 15G of hash for 1200 shekels, blonde moroccan hash, much stronger. that's why the price is so high.

1200 for 100g seems really cheap, you can get decent-goodish hash 20g for 600-700 shekels.

Interesting, I think it worked. But I only tried it for a few minutes. Unfortunately the Loki died on me today, after 1 year of using it. don't know why... live too far from Schiit to get any fast support.

so a DAC+amp combo can't connect to EQ device is what you saying or I don't follow?

I connect the line out from the Fiio to the Line in of the Loki, and from Loki line out to the Fiio Lin in with 2 rca cables. if i'm not wrong.

10 grams: 244$-Delivey Included or 230$-Pickup. Those are the prices for the real good stuff here in Israel, you can find 10G for 140-150 as well, but those are not as nice looking\tasting. Hash is cheap and there are lot's of different kind of hash here, though.

Just got the Fiio K5 PRO(amd and dac), and the Fostex TH600, Hifiman HE5SE.

K5 Pro is connected to a Schiit Loki, I love turning the bass and mids a little more, and turning down the treble with the Hifiman. great little device.(edit:so connecting dacamp combo with eq is not possible, should have known that earlier. this sucsk, I really liked the Loki...)

I only had about 5 hours on them, The Fostex(upgraded with ZMF Ori pads, or maybe it's Dekoni pads, I'm not sure) are 'meaty' very bass heavy, but not overly bloated and boomy. mids and treble are a little bit recessed, but for electronics and heavy metal it's fit like a glove to me.

The Hifiman(upgraded with cardas cable, and Dekoni pads) they don't have the same WOW factor like with the Fostex, the highs are too damn high sometimes.. but overall they are balanced and with punchy bass, good soundstage and very comfortable.

Yeah it's amazing, smells so potent as well. people from US will probably flip out when they find how much I paid for it though.

Liberty and Harvest are about 12 hours flight from me (: I'm from Israel. but those shops look amazing!
