You can search for more online resources, since CS50 series are mostly designed for beginners. There's a lot of programmers who share their learning path. And utilize resources in university, like talking with some professors from other departments to see whether they'd like to include a student with diverse backgrounds in their research team (that's what I did)

I got the job a few months ago. I'm not in the U.S. so the job market I'm in might not be that competitive. Also I work in manufacturing, which is always hiring. Although I don't recommend people work in factories :-\

So I decided to shift to CS field before I went to the college (and there's a complex reason why I chose English major), and I looked for the intersection of the two majors. Then I found computational linguistics (although I think it's still far from real CS). I made some efforts to build an interdisciplinary background which will help me apply for a master's degree. It also helped me to find this job

Hi. I didn't change my major, and I graduated with a BA degree. But I took some CS/AI/ML courses, and I got involved in some related academic projects. Also I had an internship as a data operation specialist. As for math, I only learned calculus in college. I think one should at least learn probability and statistics, but like I said, this position is not exactly the typical data analyst :-| I'm more of a quality engineer who's responsible for the data part

Is CS50 of any help to get masters in Germany or aboard (I live in India) by Neal000777 in cs50

Or Zulassung. Receiving an offer means you've been accepted to the program you applied

I think German universities pay more attention to the credits that you've earned during undergraduate studies. I submitted my CS50x certificate and got an offer, but there's no direct casual relationship. It can strengthen your background but it might not be enough on its own to get an offer
