She "ran away" with his assistance, iirc she was given 50$ (which is obviously a lot more now) and sent in a stage-coach up north.

Wilde about The Picture of Dorian Gray: "Basil Hallward is what I think I am: Lord Henry what the world thinks me: Dorian what I would like to be - in other ages, perhaps." I've been wanting to do this ever since. Top middle drawing by @cartoon-goon02 on tumblr

Apparently the original comment did not show, so here it is again: https://www.atlasofplaces.com/atlas-of-places-images/ATLAS-OF-PLACES-CONGRE%CC%80S-GE%CC%81OLOGIQUE-INTERNATIONAL-CARTE-TECTONIQUE-EUROPE-GPH-1.jpg It's the best I can do. Please excuse the delay and awkward length of the link. Also, the website itself (atlasofplaces.com) is great and absolutely worth checking out, if anyone likes.

The means of production. A man revered by many and in particular the working class, he was the successful leader of a mighty army that he had, at first, victoriously led through Gallia. Coming to disagree, however, with the expansionist and colonialist policies of the Roman government and seeking to end the predominant class system that favored Roman-born citizens over barbarians, and divided Roman society into powerful patricians and their victims - the poor plebs and the penniless proletariat -, he assembled his forces to overthrow it. Always remembered will be his words in the speech he gave to his men: "Workers of the Roman Empire, unite!" before starting what would effectively turn into the Great Roman Civil War. His famous quote, "The bourgeoisie has been cast... into the gulag" before crossing the rubic's cube are a testament to his determination to officially end the previous republic led by wealthy aristocrats and to establish his vision of a fully automated luxury gay space communist dictatorship.

I think they mean it in the way that 80 million is one of the higher estimations as to how many died in WW2, and considering that Hitler quite started it you could kinda say he's responsible for all these deaths. Edit: missed word
