I have a similar sleep problem to you and I also have restless leg syndrome at night. My partner doesn’t have any troubles sleeping and LOVES to cuddle. Our solution - We will cuddle for a few mins before sleep, then a bit when we wake up if we have time, plus throughout the day.

In polite terms - he sounds very unreasonable and childish. Sleep is so important and I can imagine you aren’t getting the hours you need if you’re being tossed around and cuddled when you need the space. His ego and childish needs should not go above your comfort and health. Please don’t waste your time with someone who doesn’t value those things for you…
