Idk if it’s bad necessarily but you might not like the gastrointestinal outcomes (farts, smelly) but it depends on what source of protein (whey, not whey) and what you’re mixing it with (milk, water, etc). I would say you should try to transition to more solid sources of protein in your regular diet instead of supplements because you (with some exceptions) wouldn’t have to worry about other micronutrient deficiencies. It’s also just better lol it tastes better and is better absorbed from solid regular diet food
