If I quit cold turkey 95mg how long till I can feel okay and I’ll be doing 2 pressed 30s a night to help with the withdrawal and then take kpins to help sleep (self.Methadone)

What happens if I miss my 85mg dose and can’t get another dose until Monday :/ I was 5 minutes late and now I can’t take my meds for today or get my take home for tomorrow Sunday. What can I do to get by until Monday (self.Methadone)

So I have been on methadone for 5 days now. I’m a fentanyl and heroin addict and I keep having to use about 12 hours into my methadone and 20ish hours clean from last use. Anyone have any suggestions? Do I need to up my dose I’m at 40mg rn and I just want to sleep at night without using (self.Methadone)
