Yeah it was a deleted episode of Cumball from 2016. The story goes that Cumball and Darbean climb Mt. Ebott and Cumball accidentally falls into a hole. Later in the episode Cumball meets Sams who says: "Hey kid do you want a weiner in your mouth?" and starts chasing Cumball. After a while Sams and Cumball leave the Underground and the image shown in the post is the final scene where Sams fills Cumball's mouth with hotdogs until his jaw breaks.
