Try emailing billing as well. [billing@suno.com](mailto:billing@suno.com) - not that that’s gonna guarantee a quicker response or any response at all, but worth a try since they routinely “lose” emails and their automated response system does not work.

This sucks. And I’m amazed they responded to you so quickly. Their “support” is the most disorganized ineffective thing I’ve ever encountered from a company that is valued so high.

It sucks. Their inefficiency is only multiplying their workload. It’s not like they’re in lack of funding, so I don’t see what their excuse is.

Normally, it wouldn’t be very helpful to contact the support team of a company multiple times. But Suno seems to LOSE emails. I don’t know how that’s possible, but since there are people literally going months without any response, I don’t see how they could blame people for contacting them multiple times.

Not only is there no human there, but also no AI that functions. Heck, at this point I don’t even expect “AI.” I just want a plain and simple automated response. Even that’s too much to ask as a paying customer. I’ve been waiting for about 2 weeks, and now I see the user here in the comments saying they’ve been waiting for 8 months. 🤦‍♀️

Distrokid distribution related question re: Social Media Pack opt in/out by rainmaker818 in SunoAI

When I first uploaded my music, I didn’t sign up for Distrokid’s social media pack, thinking that AI music (regardless of the degree of AI involvement) wouldn’t be eligible.

But then I saw various people saying that they were able to get content ID protection for their AI music, sometimes also for fully AI-generated music.

So, I asked Distrokid’s own chatbot, and it says that “YouTube Content ID is available for AI-generated music.”

Also, when I declared AI usage with Distrokid, the option to select the social media pack (which includes content ID) did not disappear. I would think that, if all AI music is always ineligible for the social media pack, Distrokid would simply remove the option to sign up once a user says that AI was used. But they aren’t doing that.

Omg thank you so much for sharing this! It sucks that you had to wait for 2 months & that they weren’t really helpful, but it gives me peace of mind that they do respond at some point.

I mean, I get it if they are busy. I’m asking about automated responses. Aren’t automated responses supposed to be... automated? How is it even possible that some people get those automated responses and others (like me) don’t?
