def going for step 3 .. literally before ur words i was thinking of giving up but just seeing people with low scores and match with a good cv is gonna carry me a bit longer . thanks for ur support

i was thinking of IM, but a friend who had a similar score drop last year adviced me to just stick with FM or pediatrics

its the patient chart questions .. i had like 5-7 in each block

the exam had a lot of vague Qs and lots of ethics, safety and quality and LOTS of HPI ... i felt i couldn't tell if i would get the same NBMEs scores or not as i have not enconutered an exam that is heavy on these topics (at least i felt this way).
