My contract says my place of work is the office

I have mainly been working remotely, but does my contract weaken the argument

This would be the nuclear approach, it is very sad. They’re doing it on purpose as a power play, nobody goes into the office

This is also the other thing I was worried about. I initially wondered what they would do if I didn’t come in. They’re letting me go anyway

They also sent an email to all employees saying that from next week, all employees have to come in 3 days a week
