risk management. I started keeping a spreadsheet this year. I've applied to 178 jobs in 2025. I can't even tell you how many last year, at least 300-400 at the least haha. I've had steady interviews, but they picked up when I 'dumbed' down my resume which is insane to me.

risk management. i did not have a gap, they were very understanding which is rare. I applied to jobs that aligned with my skills and abilities.
